How Do I Enable Teacher Options in Edumo?

To enable teacher options in Edumo, open your Account settings, check the "I'm a teacher" checkbox, and click Save changes. This unlocks the teaching interface, including learning path creation, and learner management, which is hidden by default for learner-only accounts.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile

  1. Log into Edumo.
  2. In the lefthand side menu, navigate to your Account.

Step 2: Change Your Role

  1. Make sure the I'm a teacher checkbox is checked.
  2. Click the Save changes button below the checkbox.

Helping your students

If your students see the teacher options it may be helpful to go to their account page and remove the checkbox from their account and save the options. Then there are fewer things to click on in the interface and it should be easier to get to the learning materials they are supposed to spend their time on.
